Cool, I think I'll wait until it goes live before giving it a try.

I was very upset, but I will pick it up for sure the next time it's on sale. Honest. :D

It's on sale again!

Oh dear. This might be a bit good.

A quick 5 minute shot of lets fire it up and see what its all about turned into an hour and a half. This is going to wreck my productivity.

A minor gripe is the art of the Iron Clad.

What direction is he meant to be facing? Obviously right you would think, but its very odd looking. He looks like he's facing the other way. The hands, the stance, the fact he could have 2 faces on either side of his head, its all very confusing.

Meant to say this in chat earlier MM but forgot, lunch beckoning and all, but if you haven't already it would be worth signing up to the beta now in the game prefs via Steam, which gives you access to the new third character... and doing so later will mean losing all your progress towards unlocking new cards and stuff. So better to do before getting too deeply in if you want to do it.

Just stumbled across Terry Cavanagh's (Super Hexagon) new game Dicey Dungeons...

It plays in a browser and is pretty similar to Slay the Spire minus the cards. Well worth a bash, plus it has a banging albeit temporary midi soundtrack. :D
