It'll be exactly what PS2 games are on PS3, at most they will be doing config files for each game to optimise them and give them a playthrough. Remember PS1 emulation was on chip at the start of PS2 era, by the end it was all software.

Hmmmm. Well maybe. It sounds like there's more to it than that. But even if that was the case, would they also be able to do the same job for Vita? It's certainly not as powerful as a PS3.

There's a chance that they'll eventually allow other companys to make those sticks - lots of manufacturers make Memory Sticks for Sony products. And there will surely be some knock-off ones appearing on eBay pretty soon...

Hope I'm not too late for Wolfy and anyone getting this soon... Zavvi are doing it for £199.99 on their eBay site:

Yeah, I've already preordered it through HMV. Thanks anyway though. I had £20 on my HMV card and they have an in-store deal on where you get one with Uncharted for £229.99. So, £209.99 really. Not bad.

Gonna get Wipeout and FIFA, I think.

I'm a little excited.

Yeah I don't really understand it. It's called 'Zavvi Outlet', but has different offers to the 'Outlet' section of zavvi.co.uk... madness I tell thee.

Went down to town and picked one up with a 16Gb card and 3 games (Uncharted, FIFA and Wipeout) for £299.97. Since it's the first time I've ever even touched one, I was actually surprised by it. Very nice it is.

Also, best D-pad since EVER.

Whats fifa like compared to the proper version, wolfied one? The trailers made it look the same and that rear touch shooting thing sounds excellent.

Oh, I do! I think.

Me, It's nigh-on identical, aye.

Had to turn off the trackpad thingy for now as I kept touching it by accident. When you mean to use it, it's quite good!

Do they shoot where you want them to and everything? I hate players kicking right at the goalie -_-

Yeah, they do. Where you press on the trackpad is where they shoot (think of the trackpad as the net itself). The amount of time you hold your finger on that bit determines the power/accuracy. It's great... Just a bit quick to recognise one of your fingers creeping onto it.

Well you should learn to keep them to yourself unless requested! Honestly...

How is uncharted?

I read a few reviews saying that the team that made it played it too safe and that was its problem... But it's Uncharted! If you liked 1, 2 and 3 you'll like this. It's very purdy, Drake's awesome as usual and the combat is the same old shooty shootiness. In feel, it has whiffs of the first game about it. I think it's fab. If this is what an Uncharted game looks like at the start of the Vita's lifespan, I can't wait to see it at the end with all the trickery those code-monkeys do.

Me, I've been playing FIFA quite a bit and it's just hit me.. It's the FIFA 11 version of the engine. No impact engine and the tackling is so much more easier. Just beat Inter 3-0 easily on Legendary. I liked FIFA 12 because the tackling was fucking nails making the entire game nails... This is piss. That's why it's called "FIFA Football" without the 12. Cheeky twats.

Still... It has the City stadium and the high-detail player models from 12. >_>
