Basically, it allows you to watch TV or films - or flicks, if you will - over the internet, or net, as the cool kids refer to it.

I have however found a really cool way of finding things you're looking for on the into-the-net if you're not exactly sure whereabouts it is. It's called Goggle, or something like that. You can find it here: http://www.bing.com/
