I watched a few minutes of the final and wondered if Ronaldo owns Portugal. The commentators kept referring to them as "Ronaldo's team".

What a boring final though. Sheesh was difficult to watch.

It wasn't a great final and I felt sorry for Ronaldo having to come off through injury. Whatever your feelings on him you always want the best players to be on the pitch. He has a passion for the game and wants to win and despite him being self centered at times he also knows that it takes a team to win.

The biggest irony of the night was that after Portugal lost to Greece in 2008 they kicked up a right stink about Greece's tactics, yet here Portugal were doing pretty much to France, what Greece had done to them, all be it with a higher calibre of players.

Jez as the winner you get to choose one game from the following five.

Kentucky Route Zero
Dungeon of the Endless
Dropsy
The Talos Principle
Spelunky

Whew, all over then bar the prize presentation ceremony. Congrats Jez, wasn't a great tournament and I probably spent more time posting fixtures in this thread that actually watching the action, but hopefully you all had a bit of fun. Except Doug, whose teams were woeful  (some sympathy here as I drew Ukraine in the other sweepstake I did )

Anyway, thank you all for playing, I'll see you next time :)

Are you still ok with this Jez? Please do shout if not.

But if it is ok, then I'd quite like Kentucky Route Zero, thanks Dj. :)
