I like Tim Farron. I think he's seems like a personable normal person. Don't agree with his view on Europe but he is doing a better job of credible opposition than the Corbyn bunch.

Labour pulling a few more points back in the polls. Steady gains alongside more Conservative losses over the next four or five weeks and this could prove to be a closer election than people expected. Perhaps people are waking up to the fact that the only reliable way of stopping five more years of Tory terror is to vote for Labour.

Local elections today though so who knows what will happen there.

Also, not sure they quite thought this one through:

UKIP has lost all it's council seats. Who needs UKIP when you have the Tories basically fulfilling the same role now.

That'll go down well with all the Brexiters if the French decide to scrap it on their end, all those filthy foreigners stuck in dirty camps around Dover instead.

It was only a matter of time. Once we leave the EU the French will happily direct every migrant they don't want our way.

I can't think of a better metaphor for the Tories' disregard for the weak and innocent.

Theresa May wants a vote on repealing the fox hunting ban

I know it's not a new policy for them, but the fact that they're announcing it at this point despite it being overwhelmingly unpopular among the electorate, just shows how confident they are.

Dare I say, Labour are on a bit of a roll after this manifesto leak. Providing things don't fall apart in the next four weeks we might actually have a chance.

The police driving Corbyn's car today managed to run over a cameraman's foot and this has been spun by some sections of the media into a way to have a go at Corbyn. I really do despair.

The Daily Mail front page actually made me laugh out loud in the store today.

Spoiler: show

Literally almost everything on that main story is factually wrong.

The Daily Express had a good one the other day too where the main headline said 'Corbyn to take us back to the 70s' and then right above it was a picture of Theresa May and a caption 'Girl jobs and boy jobs are key to successful relationship' or something.

Seriously, if you read any of these rags and believe anything printed in them, you really need to evaluate your life. Because you're a fucking imbecile.

Normal people voting for the tories is like turkeys voting for Christmas/Thanksgiving. And yet they're going to win by a landslide. I'm already depressed. :(

I think supporters on both sides scaremonger about the opposition way too much to be honest.
