Show Us Your Christmas Tree - 2015 Edition

Postby Medicine Man » Mon Dec 14, 2015 3:33 pm

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas don't you know. Our illustrious leader was talking about such a thread, but here we are, the twelfth day before Christmas has been and gone and still no thread. So here it is.

You should all have your trees up by now so lets have a butchers at 'em eh? Bonus points for accidentally nudity.

Here's mine. A tree that's older than my marriage and still going strong...

Image

That's right no presents under there yet, mainly because I'm a black-hearted loner bastard with no friends and no accidental nudity either despite my best efforts. My baubles just weren't shiny enough to get some hot reflection action going, although maybe if you zoom?

So lets see 'em. I'll take all the Christmas bush you can capture, of course it goes without saying that a shorn scrotum is completely acceptable too. :D

But only if bedecked with tinsel, bell-end baubles, a sprig of mistletoe in the jap's eye and a pithy commentary about crackers, stuffed birds etc.

Actually what am I saying - no such pics please, I am struggling to un-see the thought!

Not putting up a tree this year. Or any decorations, actually.

That's how much a toot I give about Christmas this year. :x

Get the trees up you miserable bunch. It's Santa's birthday ffs.

Well done Wolfy, complete with nuclear gifts as well (maybe Fallout 4?). Nice one. :)

Might get some tinsel to bling it up a bit more, pointless getting a separate Christmas tree if one already has a tree in the sitting room so we just put lights on the rubber plant.

No tree here as we lost the last one and only realised it now when looking for it.

I can't be the only one who immediately started inspecting your DVD collection. My theory is 300 is on the top of the pile because you have it on a constant loop.

I like how his animation sections starts with the Bucky O'Hare 2 disc set and then goes straight into Studio Ghibli stuff.

Nah, wanted to watch it the other night, realised after it had finished it was on ITV2 at the time

Lovely effort so far folks, extra praise to Dj who actually killed a tree for the occasion like a real man should. :P All that's missing in Animalmother's is Andy Williams in a rocking chair.

Still no nudity yet though, you are all showing remarkable restraint.

Have you tried looking beside Prey's desk?

I'm waiting for our front room to look like less of a shithole so I can take a decent pic. It might be the impossible quest, however.

We've gone down the living tree route this year. We'll pot it properly in the new year, stick it in the garden and then bring it in again next December.
