30 Day Refunds

Postby DjchunKfunK » Thu Oct 01, 2015 9:15 am

New consumer laws come into effect in the UK this month which mean that consumers now have 30 days in which they can return a faulty product and this includes digital products like games, films and ebooks. You can also return the product if you feel it does not satisfactorily perform the task for which you bought it.

Good news for consumers

Yeah I saw that. I don't think I've ever been that happy with any of my haircuts, except when I just get it all shaved off.

We don't need to know about your intimate grooming habits, Dj...

So in other words everyone's Argos now, it's good news. There's so much word of mouth around digital goods that I'd make sure I liked something before I took the plunge rather than wasting time buying something that would need to be returned.
