This bundle is pretty good for anyone considering a graphics card upgrade.

Why is that a good deal? You can get a GTX 970 for £230 on the same site.

That's a decent deal, how much was it with the SSD?

Still yet to figure out why it happened but my graphics card decided earlier this evening to not let me game above 30-40fps all of a sudden and I would suffer pretty majory fps drops in all games. Removing and then reinstalling the driver I had on seems to have fixed it though. Most odd.

Was fun reading through all this again but it's time, time for a new 2017 build. No 4K necessary. I just wish to be able to play the likes of CoD WW2, Crackdown 3, and Agents of Mayhem at a rock solid 60fps at 1080p at High settings.

So here's what I have now...

Case: Aerocool PGS-B Mechatron Black Edition (great air flow even though my cables are a bit of a mess)
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 Windforce OC Graphics Card 4GB
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 Quad 3.2Ghz
CPU Cooling: Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 PRO Rev.2
HDD: WD 1TB SSHD
MOBO: Asus M5A78L-M (old ass mobo is old)
RAM: G-Skill 8GB DDR3 (would love to jump to 16GB)
PSU: EVGA 600W
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

My current budget is £500-£600 MAX but if it can be done at all for anything less I'd be more than happy as it means I can buy a game or two also. Looking around I'm not sure if it's even doable which is precisely why I'm coming to you guys!

Not my field of expertise, really, but I've been really pleased with my 1060 GTX 6gb.

That would likely eat half your budget though.

If you can keep the case and the PSU you could do the following.

Paying £250 for just a graphics card is way out of my league, I don't think I've ever spent more than £150.
