Have you tried turning it off and on again?

My partner has the only one I would have chosen (Theory of Relativity) already.

I'm considering just getting the Amazon official one.

I love my paperwhite like a child. Don't pay Amazon's extortionate ebook prices btw, go to mobilism.org.Got over 2k books so far and haven't paid a penny.
It was a present from my daughter when I got out of hospital. She also got me the cover you're considering which I can recommend it as it's lasted 4 years of heavy use with no signs of wear at all.

Oh. My book is available for download from mobilism.org. Guess what, I don't receive a penny any time anyone downloads it, for a piece of work I spent two years creating.

Don't pirate books, pay the authors if you want to read their stuff.

Yeah, I gave up piracy a long time ago.

The "special offers" on the Kindle's standby screen just alerted me to a 20% off on their accessories, so that's one of their own covers ordered.

Amazon have just added a new feature to Prime that those with Kindle's might be interested in. It's called Prime reading and gives you access to a load of ebooks and also a fair few magazines as well.
Check out my new gaming blog Player State. Updated every Wednesday.

One of these:

Also signed up with Netflix in addition to our Prime membership.

See you boys in 2018.

I really wish Amazon and Google would team up and allow Chromecast functionality on Fire TV (and Prime Video to be castable). Our TV has 4 HDMI ports, one for the Sky box, one for the PS4, one for the Switch and one for the Chromecast. I'd love to have an all in one streaming media stick, but being able to cast stuff from a phone (particularly YouTube videos) is just a vastly better interface than the Fire products have.

I'm not sure a second TV can be counted as a streaming media stick. -_-

Love love love my new Fire Stick. Gorged ourselves last night on Fargo season 2 and Making A Murderer. Still got Better Call season 3, Stranger Things, Black Mirror series 2 and loads of others waiting for us to dive in.

Our TV did have the capability to do a fair amount of the channels, but for our Amazon Prime we were still having to get it through our Wii in low-res. Also couldn't get the Dave demand channel for stuff like Taskmaster, Dave Gorman and new Red Dwarfs like we can now.

I jut bought a PSP with the Wipeout games (Pure and Pulse). Largely in anticipation for Wipeout Omega, but also because I sold my PSP years ago and regretted the shit out of it.

£65 on ebay. Pristine condition because the chap had pretty much kept it in storage for most of its life.

Google how to CFW it. It's easy as shit and plays just about every game up to and including PS1. It's an amazing handheld.

......though you can get them way cheaper at CEX :p

I ordered an i7 Intel Nuc Skull Canyon a few weeks ago, and picked it up this weekend while i was in London.

Still setting it up, but it's an elegant piece of kit, and soooo compact!

Loaded a 250gb SSD and 8gb DDR4 ram into it, and just loading everything i need up on to it now - should be able to see in a few days how well it works

It's adorable. What do you plan to do with it?
