http://blog.linkedin.com/2012/06/06/lin ... mpromised/If you have reused the password anywhere else then change it. In general, don't reuse passwords and certainly don't reuse passwords between important accounts (banking, email, social media*).
Although the file doing the rounds doesn't include usernames or email addresses I think it's reasonable to assume that the person who accessed the passwords has these.
* Not everyone would say social media is important. Having dealt with the fall out of Facebook accounts (personal and corporate) getting into the wrong hands then I would say they are important.
