Please tell me someone is watching this? and if you're not give it a chance!

It is a hat tip to so many 80s/90s films whilst keeping its own story there. I really had visions of my youth watching this.

It's on Netflix for those who have it.

Yeah, it was pretty great.

Ecstatic yet apprehensive with it being renewed for a second series.

More than a few mentions really. It was pretty well received here by all that watched it aside from maybe a weakish ending.

Finished it last night. I've got mixed feelings - on paper it's amazing, a mostly well-told story done as three genres with bold styling and some interesting characters, and it has lots of D&D stuff. I should love it, but I don't. I enjoyed it, I respect it, but it didn't connect with me. It's like when you read a joke and you think "that's funny" rather than laughing. I can't pinpoint anything particularly wrong with it except that a few of the characters were a bit tedious and flat (I'm looking at you, Distraught Mother and Troubled Teenage Son).

Havent read any of the above posts, as I have only watched the first episode. But I will definitely watch more.

Also watched the first episode of Zoo.

Loved it and saw it all in 2 sittings, but the ending for me almost undone a lot of good things it did right. Season 2 will cover the aftermath of Season 1

We enjoyed it. The children actors were all good and the story wasn't too crazy.

There were a couple of niggles though. Sometimes things got a bit too dark (as in, I couldn't see what was happening!) and maybe the pacing could have been a bit faster.

Overall, looking forward to Season 2, but happy to wait until we are a few episodes in like.
