Really? It's exactly like Brooker to do something like that, and what he says about gamification is right. There are people out there who put as much stock into the number of followers they have as gamers would into a k/d ratio for example. As a countdown of good games it's shit, as a commentary of how games have impacted the way we live it's a good point.

Twitter is not a game, that bit was total pish.

Half Life wasn't in because it's a list about games that changed the world, so it's based on impact on the wider world, not the impact the game had on the industry. Same goes for Bioshock.
