Yeah, definitely the wrong person got fired. Charles should have been fired without question, not just for this week but for being useless in general since the start. Andrew I think got some undeserved flak this week, because even though he was a bit laddish and immature, he was doing that in the interest of keeping the tour group happy (and it seemed to work). I don't think that was unprofessional. I suppose from Sugar's point of view he's been told how he was gagging for some beers and larking about, and on that basis I can see why he was almost fired.

I'm struggling to pick out any potential winners. Joanna maybe? Harrison seems slightly less incompetent than most of them, which isn't saying much. Elizabeth has some nounce about her but no sense of humour at all, and professionalism doesn't count for much if you can't easily pass as human. Otherwise I really can't see any of them winning.

Sarah seems quite competent.

Yeah, but he was doing that at the expense of his colleagues and business. I could see that working in their favour if he made one or two remarks throughout the day, but it definitely looked like he was doing it frequently. Giving the customers more reason to think they should ask for a refund was a really bad idea.

I think the people who asked for refunds would've done so even without Andrew joking about how lost they were. It was a complete mess!

As for Sarah (the non-fired one), if I'm being honest I can't recall a single thing she's done.

The girl with the Bo Selecta glasses (can't remember her name), the first one sent to work on the boys' team a few weeks back, has looked generally pretty strong, in what admittedly is shaping up to be a pretty weak season in terms of the quality of the candidates.

That's probably what makes her the most impressive tbh. She seems to be able to quietly get on with things and avoid getting into catfights.

Stopped watching this a few years back now just got sick of the complete plonkers involved and the whole Sugars apprentice reward of him backing some venture or other.

I'd much rather they got in quality people with something real behind it. Move away from the village idiot selections and their various online ideas for selling some crap. Give them an actual series long task to do and a proper job with him afterwards.

I'm not saying it's not possible... but I would be very surprised. She's basically a crazy cat lady.

I found this one a little irritating to watch because I'd concocted the perfect advert following the disastrous choice of a Norman village. All they had to do was have someone dressed in garb appropriate for the setting get into the car, have a few shots of the car's interior features being used, and then they get out of the car looking like a professional businessperson. It's such a good idea that I think Ford now need to market the car in this exact way.

This marketing lark is a doddle.

Or, you know, go literally anywhere else in Britain that isn't a Norman village. I don't understand why they stayed there. It almost smells of being staged by the producers.
