By the end I was screaming "stop saying the bloody name!" Ugh, that was just horrible, how could she not understand the negative connotations?

That said, how did they lose? The other team were appalling from start to finish, it was only their pitch didn't make you want to claw out your own eyes and eardrums...

Yeah, the other lot somehow crawled over the line by not acting like gimps in the presentation.

You can forgive problems with the recipe, branding, etc, in such a short space of time. But they need to have *some* natural professionalism in front of others. Nous/savvy is part of being an entrepreneur I would have thought.

The fact that the result was 10-12 showed just how badly Sarah-Jayne's team screwed up their presentation, when they had a *much* better product design. I can't help but think that a lot of it was down to bad team placement; Elizabeth should have been sub-team leader. I know Elizabeth comes across as a control freak, but in this case she clearly had more experience in a kitchen, and it's no wonder she wanted to take over. Granted, she did muck up the presentation a bit, trying to apply the same tactic she uses for floral demonstrations was a poor move, and I wonder if she wasn't overruled because she's such a strong personality and the rest of the team just let her have her way to save an argument. Regardless, she's still my pick for winner on this one, which I wouldn't have guessed at the start, although it'll probably come down to what her business plan is.

Bushra really needed to go, I don't remember her really contributing anything positive. On a number of occasions it's been claimed she's the creative type, but I haven't seen her actually create anything workable, and all she seemed to be doing was shooting other ideas down constantly rather than contributing her own.

And incidentally, I cannot stand the phrase "man up", especially in the context in which it was used last night. It was insulting both to men and women; men because it's an insinuation that their worth is dictated by their apparent masculinity, and women because it suggests that the man should be in charge.

Yeah... saw that double firing coming. They've both had it coming for a while now.

And those clothes were fucking horrible.

Harrison looked pretty apathetic the whole task, he was bound to get booted out. Little surprised about Jade maybe, she was one teammate short (plus carrying a bored/useless Harrison) so she was up against it.

Wow, none of them really had an attractive business plan in the end. I'm guessing he'll go with James and use his influence to get other companies to use the new recruitment firm. But they were all struggling a bit I thought.

Yeah, absolutely. The only one with an interesting business idea seemed to be Micheala, but a) she clearly has too many businesses and b) from the sounds of it, the scale of her business didn't sound like it would be effective. All of the other business plans feel weak to me; Elizabeth's was too small, Joanna was trying to go into an extremely competitive marketplace absolutely blind, Sarah's doesn't have anything special about it, and James seems to be relying so much on his reputation, despite his reputation being a young, fraudulent firee.

It sounds to me like Sugs is going to pick James, because if he does succeed that's a money-making business. It's a shame really, because I really don't like him, and they glossed over his website's accreditation issue incredibly quickly - that is fraud, pure and simple.

How could he keep 10p mixup lassie?! Pretty obvious the guys won. I liked Michaela, she deserved to be in the final.

They're all useless. New precedent: Sugar fires both of them and gives the money to charity (or goes to a casino and puts it on red)?
