Fight week btw.....

Gonna miss it myself, as I'm in Reading at a wedding so another one I'll be watching on Sunday/Monday.

Great looking main card, fun undercard (Wineland had better kill Caraway.....), and some cool looking stuff on the pre-prelims.....
Not worth missing this one :)

:) Pretty much all went as I expected. Not a bad card at all. Will do more in depth when I'm awake.

Very good card in fairness.
Not a bad fight to be seen on the main card

Because the last three weeks wern't enough....

UFC 190: Rousey vs. Correia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UFC_190

Main Card
Women's Bantamweight Ronda Rousey (c) vs. Bethe Correia
Light Heavyweight Maurício Rua vs. Antônio Rogério Nogueira
Lightweight Glaico França vs. Fernando Bruno
Bantamweight Dileno Lopes vs. Reginaldo Vieira
Heavyweight Stefan Struve vs. Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira
Heavyweight Antônio Silva vs. Soa Palelei
Women's Strawweight Cláudia Gadelha vs. Jessica Aguilar

Preliminary Card (Fox Sports 1)
Welterweight Demian Maia vs. Neil Magny
Light Heavyweight Rafael Cavalcante vs. Patrick Cummins
Welterweight Warlley Alves vs. Nordine Taleb
Bantamweight Iuri Alcântara vs. Leandro Issa

Preliminary Card (UFC Fight Pass)
Middleweight Vitor Miranda vs. Clint Hester
Bantamweight Hugo Viana vs. Guido Cannetti

Fun fights through the pre-lims, topped by Magny and Maia which could be good but could also be Maia looking tired and crap again.

Main card looks fun though....
Rousey, Little Nog and Shogun (I feel a terrible fight coming.....), The TUF finale fights (didn't even know, or care....), Big Nog and Struve (love it :D ), Bigfoot and Palelei should be damn good fun too.

Fight week, yet again!

Another one I'll be missing due to alcohol consumption but it doesn't look inspiring anyway. This of course means that it'll be mostly excellent.....maybe.

Camozzi and Wtson could be good, Alvey is always a fun watch, Johnson is pretty damn good too.

Main Card
Glover Teixeira vs. Ovince Saint Preux
Michael Johnson vs. Beneil Dariush
Derek Brunson vs. Sam Alvey
Jared Rosholt vs. Timothy Johnson
Chris Camozzi vs. Tom Watson
Ray Borg vs. Geane Herrera
Preliminary Card (Fox Sports 2)
Uriah Hall vs. Oluwale Bamgbose
Sara McMann vs. Amanda Nunes
Dustin Ortiz vs. Willie Gates
Frankie Saenz vs. Sirwan Kakai
Preliminary Card (UFC Fight Pass)
Chris Dempsey vs. Jonathan Wilson
Marlon Vera vs. Roman Salazar
Anthony Christodoulou vs. Scott Holtzman

Caught up on the Tex/OSP card last night.
As expected, went pretty well (bar the Johnson/Dariush descision) but nothing truly spectacular.

However, it's fight week. And I like the look of this one....
That main event alone makes this more than worthwhile. Oliveira and Holloway is a firework factory. That's on fire.
Tony Sims is a man to watch too, as is Magny/Silva.
The Stout and Jabouin fights should keep the prelims lively too.

Main Card
Featherweight Max Holloway vs. Charles Oliveira
Welterweight Neil Magny vs. Erick Silva
Welterweight Patrick Côté vs. Josh Burkman
Lightweight Chad Laprise vs. Francisco Trinaldo
Lightweight Olivier Aubin-Mercier vs. Tony Sims
Women's Strawweight Maryna Moroz vs. Valérie Létourneau
Preliminary Card (Fox Sports 1)
Lightweight Sam Stout vs. Frankie Perez
Bantamweight Yves Jabouin vs. Felipe Arantes
Light Heavyweight Marcos Rogério de Lima vs. Nikita Krylov
Flyweight Chris Kelades vs. Chris Beal
Preliminary Card (UFC Fight Pass)
Lightweight Shane Campbell vs. Elias Silvério
Light Heavyweight Misha Cirkunov vs. Daniel Jolly

The kicker is it's on Sunday. Which means Prelims start at Midnight on Monday for us......fuck ><

Fight week once again and it's a nice looking card....

Fun heavy fight, a solid mw fight, fly, feather and bantam goodness.

Main Card
Josh Barnett vs. Roy Nelson
Middleweight Gegard Mousasi vs. Uriah Hall
Flyweight Kyoji Horiguchi vs. Chico Camus
Bantamweight Takeya Mizugaki vs. George Roop
Featherweight Katsunori Kikuno vs. Diego Brandao
Featherweight Mizuto Hirota vs. Teruto Ishihara [a]
Preliminary Card (Fox Sports 2)
Welterweight Keita Nakamura vs. Li Jingliang
Lightweight Nick Hein vs. Yusuke Kasuya
Lightweight Naoyuki Kotani vs. Kajan Johnson
Welterweight Shinsho Anzai vs. Roger Zapata

Prelims start at 1am on Sunday, main card at 3.
I'll be in Bristol. Drunk. So another one I'll miss live :(

Glad I watched that one on Sunday afternoon.....moments of greatness but fast forward is a god-send...

Fight Week again.

UFC 192 - Cormier Gustafsson

LHW strap on the man that won it by default, put's it up for the man who lost his last two......

#-o

Still a good fight, can't help but feel DC is gonna rag doll the fuck out of Gus :(

Hendricks/Woodley should be sparks (cue wrestle-rape mode from Hendricks).
The return of Suga Rashad Evans (Bader is in so much trouble......)
Some heavyweights so there should be at least one KO on the card.
Eye and Pena should be a fine scrap too.

From the prelims; Jouban, Benavidez, Rose, Cariaso/Baby Pettis, more heavys.

The whole thing should be a good watch if you like fighting with some lop-sided matchmaking thrown in for lol's...

Main Card
Light Heavyweight Daniel Cormier (c) vs. Alexander Gustafsson [a]
Welterweight Johny Hendricks vs. Tyron Woodley
Light Heavyweight Ryan Bader vs. Rashad Evans [c]
Heavyweight Shawn Jordan vs. Ruslan Magomedov
Women's Bantamweight Jessica Eye vs. Julianna Peña

[b]Preliminary Card (Fox Sports 1)

Flyweight Joseph Benavidez vs. Ali Bagautinov
Featherweight Yair Rodríguez vs. Dan Hooker
Welterweight Alan Jouban vs. Albert Tumenov
Women's Strawweight Rose Namajunas vs. Angela Hill

Preliminary Card (UFC Fight Pass)
Lightweight Islam Makhachev vs. Adriano Martins
Flyweight Chris Cariaso vs. Sergio Pettis
Heavyweight Derrick Lewis vs. Viktor Pešta
Lightweight Francisco Trevino vs. Sage Northcutt

And Hendricks is out.

Intestinal blockage and a kidney stone.
Time to move up to 185 Johnny (where I suspect you'll get murdered.....)

Main card pretty much sucked, DC/Gus was great, pre-lims were sublime.

Ireland and the 24th next, so a couple of weeks off :)

Punching tonight.
UFC Dublin, and quite frankly it looks guff.

Duffy is injured so Duffy/piorier is off.
Rothwell/Stipe is off.

There is nothing of any gravity left on the card.

Probably means it's going to be amazing..... :)
Prelims at 5, main card at 9.
Not on BT Sport so I'll be watching this on UFC TV at a sensible time :)

Oh.My.God.

We knew it was going to happen. Surprised more people didn't see it. Holmes was always going to beat Rousey on her stand up, the only way she'd win is if Rousey stood with her and she did. But still holy shit, indeed.
