I think there's hope for Carroll. If he's fully fit and raring to go beginning of next season he may turn his fortunes round - the Carroll we saw today was something akin to the Carroll of Newcastle from beginning of last season. Just a constant terror for the centre backs.

Compared with some of the finals we have had recently I thought it was pretty good. Yesterdays game made me realise that Liverpool are really missing someone who can create in the middle of the park.

I think that is what Adam was bought for, but he's terrible.

Lots of work to do this summer.

Oh well, was a bit too much to ask against City today. Still been a great season for us though.

Toure and Kompany are some players. Yaya absolutely dominated that game.

I don't think I'm gonna churn myself up like I did for the derby and newcastle but I will look forward to QPR game. Play like they have been doing and.. Well.. You can but hope.

Bloody hell.

Am I right in thinking that Goal diff will make City the champs if both Manchesters win? If so it's yours to lose Wolfy.

Don't care about 4th if Chelsea could win the Champ League and snatch even the playoffs away from Spurs or whoever's 4th in a week's time. Maybe Bale will put in a transfer request if we don't get into the CL, if so then better for him to be gone if some stupid club somewhere gives us an over-inflated price rather than have a repeat of the Modric drama.

Yeah, if (IF!) we beat QPR, United would have to win 9(or more)-nil.

Oh, god. I don't think my nerves will cope with another week of waiting and expectancy. It's so close. Sooo close. :(

For lols, here's David Platt celebrating Yaya's first goal:

Now, here he is after Yaya missed a header:

I love how Mancini doesn't react at all to the miss. It's like they're watching different games.

Blackburn down after a meak 0-1 surrender against Wigan.

Congrats to Wigan though, as they stay up.

I'm staying tuned to Sky Sports right now. It's gonna kick off big time. ¬_¬
