Yeah Palace have picked up too, been playing well but now it seems James Vaughn is the goalscorer we needed. A bit of consistency and time to bed in, especially for the defence, and we should be climbing the league.

We managed to get out first win of the season last weekend. Yippee, plus it was the team at the top of the table so hopefully we will start to get into the groove now.

4 wins in a row for Wycombe now, starting to motor our way up towards the top of the table. Shame about all those draws at the beginning of the season - going on reports, many of them should have been wins and we perhaps should be in a more accurate position based on our form this season: the top 3.

If you can keep a good run going and the worst you did was drawing you've got a good shot at going up though. First few games you always need to get the game back together and as you start getting wins luck seems to go your way :P

Another defeat. It looks like we have very quickly slipped back into mid table mediocrity.

It's only just occurred to me that we have the sons of two Man Utd legends in our team. This makes me happy.

:( Only a few points of the drop zone now. 16 first team players out currently. What is going on!

Leeds need to start winning games like today's if we're going to make any kind of impact on the league.

Coming down to see you get trounced by the mighty Eagles next weekend with a mate of mine. Should be good! You gonna be there? Can buy me a beer.

Doesn't seem to be a non-league thread, but this is quite amusing.

Ebbsfleet goalkeeper Preston Edwards has become a web sensation after his sending off against Farnborough.

Footage of the 21-year-old's dismissal after only 10 seconds has attracted over 450,000 hits on video-hosting website YouTube.

Edwards saw red in the Blue Square Bet South match on 5 February, which his side went on to lose 3-0.

"I'd like to be known for better, different reasons, but it's happened," Edwards told BBC Radio Kent.

"I've got to take it on the chin. At least I've got something in history."

Leyton Orient had a good recovery from their dire position but one more win and draw and they'd have been in the League One playoffs. Hopefully they'll have a stronger start next season if Russell Slade stays as manager.

Brighton also did well to go up, Gus Poyet moving out of Juande Ramos's shadow, and Barnet saved themselves from non-league. Considering Enfield either went non-league or wound themselves up when they lost their ground, Barnet's the next town over so I look out for their results. You don't get that kind of lucky escape twice in Football, so they need a better start as well next year.

It's been more interesting in the Championship today than the Prem considering the points dropped by the chasing pack yesterday.
