Palace Leicester in a few hours, just about to head. Good luck to everyone, know there are a few Leeds fans here and hope they get a good start :)

I agree, we were abysmal at times, couldnt pass 3 passes together either it seemed. The long balls over the top stopped working abou 2 minutes into the match but we kept doing it anyway, Bessone was on a mission to be anywhere but left back, the ref had a terrible match and completely botched it. We didn't run at their full backs enough and our crosses were terrible at times, sooner Gradel gets back the better, we need to be able to give Becchio more service. Only thing that held any hope was that Kaspar can make some good saves when he wants to.

Win for Palace! Burley had us looking good for bits. In the first half we actually gave them a game and they couldn't handle it (ok they played fine but we were just as good in the first half) but second half we just stopped playing. Still, take the victory happily.

Also, why do they feature Derby Leeds on the FL show when they play it live on tele?

Watched the second half of the Leeds game. Thought they looked ok, but were light in the attacking department. Have they signed someone to play with Bechio? If not they are going to struggle for goals.

We have signed Swindon striker Billy Paynter, but he's out for what was suspected broken legs. But I dont think they were, just waiting on him to get back to full fitness. Although Grayson seems set on the 4-5-1 formation, so either Becchio or Paynter will be sitting out each match. I would like to see more of Grella and Somma though, Grella doesnt seem to ever get a real chance and Somma looked good for Lincoln last season, and has been quite impressive in the pre season friendlies.

Hopefully when Gradel and Snodgrass come back we will be getting more service to the lone striker, and not just hit and hope up to him, because that got boring to watch quickly, and I got very frustrated.

I think Grayson is waiting for Snoddy and Gradel to come back. Snoddy right wing, Gradel up front with Becchio.

We were much better vs Forest than we were vs Derby. If we hadn't had such a shitty first ten minutes I think we would probably have had three points. Still, on that performance we should be able to settle for mid-table mediocrity, yay! ^_^

So Davids has joined us at the Palace ^_^ It's only because he heard Neill Danns' music though. What we need is a rough and tough central/holding midfielder to put themselves about a bit, cos we're a little lightweight at the moment. Don't know if this'll help but we'll see. I might get Lee's name on my shirt now to counter the Davids loving.

Two draws and now a home defeat, not exactly promotion form. :(

At last, Leyton Orient have decided they want to stay in League One, though I'm not sure Exeter were a newly promoted team that they beat 3-0. Still, points on the board and hopefully they're on their way now.

Spoke too soon, in the drop zone and the Os will have to work hard up to the transfer window to get back to safety and try to build on it or they're in League Two next year.
