Saw a video of that guy dislocating his elbow.
Ow! Ow! Oh shit! Ow!

Seeing the sportscast playing it over and over, in slow motion and from different angles really fired up the old pain empathy. Now I've got a nice aching arm... and no desire to take up weightlifting. :o

Am I the only one that thinks of the Olympics as a school sports day that happens every 4 years?

I used to hate school sports day when I was in school. I still do in fact.

WR has gone to Bolt 9.69 and the guy was slowing down and celebrating by 93m. If he'd pushed the whole way he would have blown the WR out of the water. Crazy stuff. It's interesting how the Caribbean countries, or those descending from the Caribbean, consistently produce the fastest men in the world.
