Been listening to this album a lot today. The sound and production gives it this pop like addictiveness. It's that potent mix of Rammstein and Pain, with the strengths of both and the weakness of neither.
Didn't take long for me to get over the dumb lyrics and dive into the music... only to find that a few plays later, I was totally into the absurd lyrics.
There's the obvious ass-kickers, but nobody is talking about the legitimately funny Cowboy or the grim epic of Yukon. There's something about the track Home Sweet Home sounds like an amped up version of a particular 90s rock ballad, but I can't place it.
Yeah. This one is going to burn brightly. Will I care a week or so from now? Maybe not, but I'll have a blast wearing it out at least.
