So I decided to buy the Klipspringer jump mod and boy does it open up the world around you when you do. I'm now getting into so many new places I so easily overlooked due to not having played the verticality card sooner. I found so much stuff I even managed to buy three praxis kits at a store which cost 10,000 each.
Anyway just arrived at Golem City which feels about the right time with 24 hours played and I'm scouring every inch as I move onward.
32 hours and I think I'm getting closer to the end now. Haven't killed anyone except for some dudes that I stealth knocked out and found out they'd killed someone so i went back and popped a cap into their sleeping heads. Bastards.
As soon as I've finished I'm starting a more lethal playthrough. i haven't even redeemed my pre-order bonus stuff yet.
Well as a discussion on Steam so rightly states if you can manage to complete the game in under 30 hours as many are saying they have and as he so eloquently put it YOU. ARE. PLAYING. THE. GAME. WRONG.
You are in fact playing a Deus Ex game people. L2P. Bitches.
I think I'm at the same stage as you Prey with around the same hours put in. I got a bit sidetracked blinking and high-jumping around the roof-tops of Prague. I also spent hours infiltrating the bank even though nobody had yet asked me to
I'm on the home run with this I think back in Prague for the third time and cleaning up some loose ends before starting the next story mission. I'll hang fire though until this update drops and see how it looks.
I did enjoy playing this probably top 40 hours easily when finished I have a feeling it might not get a second playthrough though.
Yeah, I can see that. I think I'll end up filing this in the same part of my brain as Fallout 4 - sequels I wasn't really crying out for but bought on release, that were pretty much more of what had come before, that I enjoyed while playing without ever really quite feeling it, played happily to completion and then never spared another moment's thought on thereafter.
