Definitely no more single-player updates or content coming, multiplayer only -

Bioware has just announced that it will not release any new patches for the single-player mode of Mass Effect: Andromeda. Moreover, Bioware claimed that there won’t be any DLC for Andromeda, and that its multiplayer mode will receive more content, including new multiplayer missions and character kits.

As Bioware claimed:

“Our last update, 1.10, was the final update for Mass Effect: Andromeda. There are no planned future patches for single-player or in-game story content.”

Ah well.
Well, like I said before, I'm just happy to have some certainty about the state of the game.

Id imagine all the A Team assets went into making their destiny wannabe .... Anthem. Or whatever it's called.

The Mass Effect Andromeda team has probably been exiled to work on the (inevitable) mobile companion app for Anthem.

Phew.
Well, that's the game finished.

That was.. alright. Glad I saw it through, at least.

Hmm, noticed this is £15 on Cdkeys. Toying with getting it.

I loved DA: Inquisition to bits, more than most people it seems, so this could suit me quite well. It seems to satisfy the same needs, in a MassEffecty way I gather.

It's good, katarn. Don't be put off by a lot of the criticisms. I had fun with it for 80-odd hours, cracking value for £15.

Completed the first main mission and exploring Nexus, doing side missions, etc. I'm surprised at how polished it all is. The benefits of waiting a few months after release I guess.

Sure, Face Is Tired is a bit of odd dialogue but apart from that nothing else has jumped out as being particularly troublesome. No graphical glitches either.

Finally worked out how to use consumables! It's probably not the greatest UI that's ever been devised, but it does its job when you've learned where everything is.

I like the feel of just having a spaceship to explore the galaxy with, reminds me a bit of ME1 (my favourite of the original series).

I don't think I ever used consumables during the entire game. My top tip would be just push through the first planet, it gets better.

The shield boost consumable looks pretty useful. Already died a couple of times when it would have come in handy.

Glad you're enjoying it as well katarn mate. As you've probably gathered if you've read any of this thread I had a good time with the game. It may not be as good as the Shepard trilogy, but it's far from being a bad game.
