Now the dev says definitely this month for the 2nd DLC. Not worried if it takes until the end of the month as I'm stuck on the Hard difficulty level for the Barlowe Square Escape mode and it doesn't help that on average taking the backtracking into account, it's 1hr 20/90mins to get to the end. Have gone over the 200hrs mark trying to crack it and no dice yet, even though I've found the right escape door for the bank ending and have other strategies that are great in Co-op or on paper but fall to bits with at most, two end swarms or if you try to complete objectives out of sequence and waste ammo in the process.
I'll give it until the DLC before I chalk this one up to "HL2 Gnome Achievement Frustration" and get back to having fun with the game.
Yeah I do seem to like the game a lot, don't I? Though MP has suffered whilst waiting for the new content and I was pushing myself to complete the most popular modes before it arrived, if they want to meet their deadline they have 11 days but I'm cool with giving it until May Day.
After missing their deadlines a trailer was a good idea, but I've never been that bothered about DLC 2 arriving, as long as I was good enough at the game to enjoy it. So that means moving on to the Extraction modes. Hopefully their planned Steam campaign will link up with DLC2 as a Midweek or Weeklong as it hasn't had a drop in a while.

I only just started replaying it and I don't play it late anymore because once your aim goes, it's gone and I'm as rubbish as the day I bought it again and I never bought that new mic either so lots of typing will ensue
OK Gibby, missed you around lunchtime under an hour ago but post in here if you're around again today. Otherwise will make sure tomorrow's clear. I don't know how big an install it is anymore so if you're on Fibre BB then it'll be a few mins to download rather than hours.
It's either a midweeker or in the summer sale but the game has gone half price to £7.49. Still no DLC but new cover art meaning that like the first DLC we might see the new character models before the maps and the rest of whatever's in the package.
