Syberia 2 Demo Released (Mirrors)

Postby elgaucho » Fri Feb 27, 2004 1:35 pm

Now I don't know what all of you thought of Syberia when it came out last year or the year before, but what little i DID play of it seemed very interesting indeed, insofar as adventure gaming goes. For a genre that sees so few releases over the year, news of a Syberia 2 demo should be very welcome indeed!

As mentioned on the official site, the official Demo of Syberia 2 will be available Monday March 1st, allowing you to try out Benoit Sokal's upcoming adventure sequel. Until then, be sure to check out the recent trailer offering a bit more than a minute and a half of beautiful CGI and in-game footage.

I think I'll give this one a little as I quite liked the feel of the first, even if it didn't take with me enough as to pursue the game!

I feel sort of bad for not playing the fist one, being quite a fan of Adventure games an all. But still, this one looks sweet, I hope it plays well.

Same here. Can someone tell me whether its a must play adventure game? I've played most adventure games.

Yup, plenty of mirrors at Microids' Website. Only played the demo of the original, wasn't too impressed, but it got some decent reviews and the sequel is looking gorgeous. 85mb the demo is.

heh! no probs! You should do that more often in fact. Sometimes we just forget or don't see something, but it's always useful and helps keep threads alive longer!
