Ah, that explains why Ive never heard of him. His channel is clearly doing awful since he cant afford to heat his house and needs a winter hat on indoors. Poor guy. Where can I donate? Surely the Yogs guy could tap him a few quid from the money they swindled from kickstarter ¬_¬

Commend me plz.

I think my favorite hero is probably Keeper Of The Light or maybe Vengeful Spirit.

I had an evernote where I rated every hero out of 5 for how much I liked them after each match (not how powerful they were) because I'm anal like that sometimes ¬__¬

These were 5/5 heroes. Gladly pick any of them again.
Spoiler: show
Death Prophet
Rubick
Puck
Crystal Maiden
Invoker
Lich
Dazzle
Vengeful Spirit
Keeper Of The Light
Oracle
IO
Nightstalker

And worst, lowly 1/5 never to be picked ever again.
Spoiler: show
Lone Druid
Lycan
Elder Titan
Clockwerk
Chen
Beastmaster
Centaur Warrunner
Kunkka
Morphling
Meepo
Earth Spirit
Shadow Fiend

....it wasnt planned to have 12 in each.

Okay it gotta be me but why does DOTA 2 feel so sluggish in movement that it drives me mad just trying to do practice to learn a bit about it before even daring to get into a real match. Also how to flip the mouse buttons as I've never licked right clicking and I can't see no options in the binding to do so.

Now feel free to mock me :P

It's probably because Dota has a turn stat that makes each character have a slightly different turn speed before they move proper if not facing the travel direction. LoL and HotS and most others don't, they just immediately move characters in the direction you click no matter where they were originally facing.

The right click thing has been an rts thing since Westwood died. It's rare any game lets you change it. I believe the thinking is that if left click is move and select then you can't move a unit near where another unit is without selecting the second unit. You get used to it quick.

Lee, an alternative option is that you can press the A key and left mouse click to attack instead of right clicking.
You should see a small red arrow next to your mouse pointer.

Hmm yea I can try using that instead. I was going to try the Hots but I fear it's going to be the same way isn't it control wise :P

Yep. Its also a bit crazy and a bit of a cluster fuck :p

Cant think of any that use the old c&c style, best just getting used to right clicking. I feel your pain though, I remember having exactly the same response. A bit like when a shower had no invert y option because the developers are eeeediots.

A professional Dota 2 game just went on for over three hours setting a new record. It was just shy of 200 minutes in the end.
