Have you tried turning off motion blur and depth of field then download the no dirty lens mod, I ended up doing far less squinting.

Turning off motion blur and depth of field is the first thing I do I all games where it's possible. I think it looks horrendous and I don't even suffer from motion sickness. All the above and the insane levels of chromatic aberration coupled with all the other heavy-handed post-processing effects in games these days get right up my bum.

Thinking about it though, switching all that jazz off must help to some degree. All that blur and smearing whizzing about can't be good for holding down your breakfast.

Motion blur I always tend to turn that off from the get go, same with chromatic aberration. I don't need fuzzy/blurry added to the visuals.
