Never finished this, didn't get stuck into it as much as I'd have liked to. A downside (if it can be?) to the game is that it felt too big when walking around, especially feeling like there should have been more in the world if it was that big. Maybe it was just me. If only there was a mod that made this game co-op, that'd be nice.

Does anyone have any hints or tips on gathering better armour sets? Currently running around in a Sylvanite set with around 500 armour in total. Did hear that I might get a better set in Rathir so will go and check that out later tonight too.

You should have way more than that with Sylvanite ideally. I was 588 in Azurite, and adding just a Syl breastplate has pushed me over 800 armour.

The components that give you a % increase in armour are must-haves.

I was just at Syl last night and found no such item. Guess I should rely on my own blacksmithing skills a lot more from now on.

Oh, yeah, goes without saying for me. Find swanky new armour = melt it down and make something better immediately! :)

There are small crabs (you find them in one of the quest caves, and I've also seen them near the fishing hut in Ettinmere) that drop really useful components that give % health and armour increases.

Why they're so great is that it's a % on your current total, not just on that item of armour. Get one on each and you'll multiply your HP and armour several-fold.

Dismantled pretty much every bit of kit I had and crafted my own set called "Suit of Sin" which now hits the 680 armour mark. I'll still be heading to Ettinmere at some point though for those lovely little crabs. Thanks Sly. :)

Ok this is a bit odd. I've just found myself at the entrance to the Foes' Hearth main quest but once inside I can't cause anything damage whatsoever. Is the game bugged?

Think you've shot ahead of me there, and can't remember that one I'm afraid.

Which one is that again?

No need for Righteous though as I managed to nab myself Kellerac's Sword right before I visited there thanks to my Might level hitting 49.

Haven't played for a couple of days though.

Or a bit more with the 3 expansion / DLC things. Anyone know if they're worth getting?

I never got them, but I think Prey got at least some of the DLC.

Both of the normal DLC are brilliant add a lot to the game in terms of landmass and a massive amount of quests. The armour bundle is worthless.

Yeah the DLC's are well worth that amount and add completely new enemy types, locations and stuff not seen in the main game.
