Yeah that and set items are where the builds really begin to shine. The monthly seasons are pretty fun as well.
IMO :P  :P  :P

Date and price has been announced for the Necromancer.

It's out on the 27th of June and for a rather pricey £12.99 you get the following:

Class
Armour sets and unique legendaries
Non-combat pet
A pair of cosmetic wings
New Necromancer-themed Banner Shape, Sigil, and Accent
Necromancer Portrait Frame
Pennant
Two additional character slots
Two additional stash tabs

Not exactly a world of value there.

You also get the joys of rerunning the same torment dungeons over and over again.

I'd rather they focused more efforts on the Diablo 2 remaster.

I'm willing to give it a shot at that price, but I agree it's not cheap.

I love Diablo 3, but there are only two or three classes (Wizard, Crusader, Demon Hunter) that I actually like the theming of, and that affects my enjoyment of a character way more than perhaps it should. I've never liked voodoo as a fantasy concept, so the Witch Doctor being the replacement for D2's Necro was always a horrible decision for me.

I was playing a few months ago and I realised that the game lacks a really good melee character. The ones they have are OK, but are ultimately a bit boring to play.

Of those the barbarian is the only one I really enjoy playing.
